Delete your account
What an account holds
A Google account identifier, a wrapped encryption key, encrypted records and sync metadata such as update times. We cannot read the encrypted contents. No email address, no name, no photo. Your supplements, logs, and notes stay on your phone and are not affected by any step below.
Delete it in the app
- Open Pavelo → Settings → Sync.
- Tap Delete synced copy and confirm.
That removes the encrypted records and keys from the live sync store, signs this phone out, and leaves the tracking data on your phone alone. Other phones that were syncing stop receiving updates.
Delete it by email
If you no longer have the app, write to support@pavelo.app from the Google account you used to sign in. Tell us whether you used Pavelo Dev or regular Pavelo. We will explain how to verify ownership before acting on the request. Never email your recovery key. We cannot decrypt or export the server copy for you.
What stays
This action does not delete your Google account, local tracking data, backups, feedback or crash reports. Our cloud provider's recovery copies can outlast the deletion for as long as its retention rules allow. Dev and regular Pavelo use separate sync stores. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
