Terms of service

By installing or using Pavelo (the app), you agree to these terms.

The short version. Pavelo helps you track supplements, log adherence, and read patterns in your routine. It is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for a doctor, pharmacist, or any qualified professional. Your judgment, and your health team's, comes first.

What the app does

Lets you build a list of supplements with doses, schedules, and reminders.
Lets you mark supplements as taken or skipped each day, including as-needed items outside the daily count.
Lets you log how your days felt, with short notes if you want them.
Draws your stack as a constellation, one of nine skies picked by your goal.
Backs up your data to a file on your phone and restores it in one tap.
Provides optional AI features powered by Anthropic's Claude: Coach chat, Routine check, the Stack Map weekly story and suggestions, the How-you-felt weekly read, supplement deep-dives, label scan, and the doctor report. See the privacy policy for exactly what each one sends.

What the app is not

Not medical advice. Nothing in the app diagnoses, treats, prevents, or cures any condition. Coach is conversational software, not a clinician.
Not a replacement for your doctor or pharmacist. Drug interactions, dosing decisions, and any change to your routine should go through your health team.
Not a substitute for product labels. Always read the actual label of any supplement you take. The app's label scan is a convenience, not a verified ingredient list.
Not regulated as a medical device. Pavelo is a tracking and journaling tool, not a Software as a Medical Device under any jurisdiction we're aware of.

Eligibility

Pavelo is built for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.

Your account

The tracker works without an account. Optional sync uses Google sign-in and an encrypted server copy. On a phone not yet set up for Sync, turning it on is a separate choice after signing in. If this phone already has a valid recovery key, the app offers sign-in to resume Sync with that account.

Keep your recovery key safe. We cannot recover it or decrypt your synced records for you. Automatic Android recovery depends on device and backup support and is not guaranteed. Signing out keeps local data. Delete the synced copy from Settings before uninstalling if you want to remove it from the active service. See the Privacy policy for retention and other services.

Pavelo Dev is a test build. It uses a separate synced copy and usage-count service from the open beta. Use backups for data you need to keep; test availability and compatibility may change.

Subscription

The app offers a free tier with usage caps on AI features, and Pavelo Pro, a paid subscription that lifts those caps. Subscriptions are managed by the Google Play Store and follow Google's standard billing rules:

Charged at the start of each billing cycle.
Auto-renews until you cancel through the Play Store.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You keep access until then.
Refunds are handled by Google per their refund policy. We don't process refunds directly.
If a payment fails, Google's grace period applies before access is paused.

Pricing and free-tier limits are shown in the app before you subscribe. We may adjust pricing or limits in future versions. Existing subscribers are notified before any change affects their plan.

Sharing content

When you share a Stack Map image, a backup file, or anything else from the app to another platform, what you share and where you share it is your call and your responsibility. We don't see what you post.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to:

Submit content (in Coach or scan flows) that violates Anthropic's usage policies. See anthropic.com/legal/aup.
Probe, scan, or attempt to exploit the app's backend services.
Bypass free-tier caps through automated requests, modified clients, or any other means.

Abuse may result in your access being temporarily or permanently restricted.

Service availability

The app's local features (tracking, logging, reminders, backups) work offline and don't depend on our servers. The optional AI features, sync and usage statistics need a network connection and outside services. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of those services. If either service is unavailable, local tracking remains available. Sync tries again once you are back online, and the app sorts out changes made on two phones at the same time.

Intellectual property

The app's code, design, and content are the property of Rudolf Arthur H. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your own device. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or repackage the app or its assets.

Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decision you make about your supplements, your health, or anything else based on what the app shows you. The app is a tool. You and your health team make the calls.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the date at the top updates. The terms bundled with your build are available in Settings. The public release terms are at pavelo.app/terms; a Dev preview may describe features that are not yet in the public release.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes go through the courts of that jurisdiction.
